File Bunker makes use of bundled synchronisation software and a UK based server to provide a backup, synchronisation and disaster recovery solution.

Unlike drive imaging and traditional backups, File Bunker’s synchronisation software maintains a ‘live’ backup of just the files you choose. This keeps the overall storage size smaller and makes the backup completely platform independent. Plus, your files can be synchronised between multiple devices or locations.

You have control of how the backups happen. You can choose whether the software propagates file deletions. Preventing file deletions guards against viruses which delete your files and accidental (or malicious) file deletions because the last version of the file is retained on our server.

You aren’t forced to use our software, our server uses the WebDAV protocol and is accessible via other software and directly within some operating systems.

Our service is backed by detailed documentation and personalised support charged by the quarter hour. Support is available by email or phone and we offer the capability to remotely access your computer and make the necessary changes as well.
